Excellent handy parking with an option to extend due to the current nightmare of delays when trying to travel by air. Frequent shuttle to the airport. Very good.

I have been using Purple Parking for many years. I can honestly say that I have never had any serious issues with them, but as the years go by they do seem to be slipping into some murky areas. 'Meet and Greet' provisions are no longer meet and greet at all - but PP do not differentiate any longer. Also they now act as an intermediary for several airport hotels who provide hotel parking as part of a package with rooms. PP's involvement with this is absolutely minimal - so it would be unfair to rate PP when the hotel has done all the heavy lifting. I still use them as the first port of call as they tend to be the cheapest provider of what is becoming an ever increasing part of your holiday budget. The nominal '20% off prices' that they trumpet are meaningless - just try a search on a couple fo different devices and you will see what I mean. Come on PP - whatever happened to the good old days??

So simple! Follow directions to parking area, car is recognised from booking and scanned for any damage. Park in designated lane then hand your keys in. You keep the receipt which has a bar code for your return. Scan the barcode and your keys pop out if a drawer. The label in your key tells you where to collect your car. The staff were very helpful too. Will definitely use again.

Very well organised with plenty of transfer buses. I would definately recommend.

BA cancelled our flight a few hours after I booked parking. Despite the site clearly saying a voucher can be exchanged for a cash refund they WONT do this when you subsequently ask them. Feels like I've been ripped off, promise hassle free and refunds but only if it suits them.

We used Purple Parking for the first time at Heathrow Airport. We found the car park easily and were met y professional friendly staff member. It was an easy walk into the airport. On our return car was waiting for us and another friendly member of staff gave us our key. All went smoothly. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you Purple Parking.

Staff are rude. Waiting time was long. No longer competitive compared with other services.
I'll use Gatwick airport own parking services instead.

The parking service was ok but we didn’t realise that Purple Parking had contracted out our parking to another company. We found it hard to find who we were actually using. Not happy about that so won’t use purple parking again.

Parking, handing over the keys and picking up the keys were quick. My concern was the bus to the terminal 5 took a long time with having to stop at 2and 3. Picking up from the drop off took forever. Approximately 20 mins after getting to the point and there were people already waiting.

Purple Parking's website states that parking for up to 2 hours in Heathrow Terminal 4 long stay car park is free. This is untrue. Parking is only free for up to 30 minutes.

Absolutely 1st class put the ticket in the machine that I was issued with when I drove in and up went the barrier and that was it all done in seconds, the only thing I would say is the bus driver mentioned to us when we arrived that if we were back after 4 pm we would have to make our own way as the service finishes then which calculating if you land after 3.30.pm by the time you collect your luggage you would probably miss the bus,I think this must have been introduced after Covid as there was never an issue before then that I can remember. Apart from that I couldn’t fault the system.

Your driver damaged my car leaving me to drive a profoundly autistic passenger home in a vehicle where I could not raise the electric passenger window. She is a blue badge holder. I had to drive hour. 20 mins in the car with her screaming and kicking. Purple Parking deny responsibility but engineer who repaired car claims it was done by heavy handed operator. Disgusted that you left me with disabled passenger and a car that really wasn't fit for purpose. Subsequent correspondence denies their responsibility, incredible.
